About
Olga Usatenko
I am an international Ballroom & Latin dance coach with a strong competitive background in Europe and professional experience in the United States.
With over a decade in competitive dance, I bring a refined European training tradition combined with a modern, individualized coaching approach. I work with students of all levels, helping them develop strong technique, confidence, and elegant movement.
MY BACKGROUND
I have more than 10 years of competitive Ballroom & Latin dance experience, with multiple first-place titles at regional, national, and international competitions in Ukraine.
I trained under recognized Ukrainian coaches and began teaching and mentoring dancers early in my career. A serious injury ended my competitive path and marked my transition into coaching, methodology development, and long-term dancer growth.
In addition to dance, I hold a degree in International Relations and am a qualified Spanish translator, which strengthens my communication skills, leadership, and cross-cultural expertise.

My coaching philosophy is built on precision, discipline, and individuality.
I believe exceptional technique must be supported by body awareness, musicality, and mental confidence. My teaching emphasizes strong fundamentals, elegant posture, and personalized development rather than one-size-fits-all training.
